低温可溶液处理的,高性能的电子器件和线路。研究方向包括:新颖的半导体和介电材(有机,无机,杂化)的化学合成,处理,和集成,界面(绝缘体/半导体,导体/半导体)修饰和改性,器件制备和优化。
