李硕,博士,高级工程师,主要研究方向为创新药物研究和组合化学研究 ,先后曾在北京大学深圳研究生院和香港理工大学担任过5年博士后、讲师和助理研究员职务。已发表论文近20篇,获得专利4项;曾主持或参与国家自然科学基金项目(20372027,20021001)、教育部重点项目(02079)、广东省自然科学基金(04002986)深圳市等9个项目,并获得“深圳市高层次人才证书”、海南大学、兰州理工大学和南方科技大学“校外指导老师”资格。负责完成了多个仿制药项目的药物合成,以及正在开展4个1类新药的药物设计、合成及药学研究;其中所负责的抗肿瘤及抑制肿瘤双功能项目获得临床研究批件。
已发表论文20余篇,获得专利4项;曾主持或参与包括天然产物鞘氨酸抗菌素Sphingofungin类化合物的全合成及结构修饰和活性大环内酯Iriomoteolide-1a及其结构类似物的合成和生物活性研究等国家自然科学基金项目(20372027,20021001)、广东省自然科学基金(04002986)深圳市发改委、科创委和南山区等9个项目。作为项目负责人和企业负责人分别承担深圳市发改委(政府支持1000万)和科创委的技术公关课题(政府支持400万)。
